It was Chaired by Prof Kai Sang Lock Deputy Chair of the Washington Accord & Prof Ohyang Kwon Chair of the Sydney Accord. It was published in June 2021 by the Secretariat of the International Engineering Alliance as part of the IEAM 2021 meetings and for training purposes.
